      1. How much will shipping cost? This varies depending on where you are, how much you order, and how fast you want it delivered. To calculate your shipping cost, simply place the items you wish to buy in your basket and click the "Checkout" button. Enter your shipping address as prompted, then click "Continue." The following page will display the different shipping options, pricing and estimated arrival dates. At that time, you can choose to complete the order or back out of the checkout process and adjust your order.
      2. I think my package is lost.
        If you selected: Economy USPS - This method can take up to 10 business days (Mon-Fri). If it has been over 10 business days please contact us.
        If you selected: Standard USPS - If it has been over 7 business days please contact us.
        For Economy and Standard USPS - If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check your address on your confirmation email. If the address is correct you may want to contact your local post office with your tracking number to see if they have any information.
        If you selected: UPS Two Day – Two-day shipping is two business days (weekends don't count). If it has been two full business days please contact us. If it was marked as delivered and you do not have it, we will need to call UPS and start a claim, which can take up to 7 days, however, we may be able to re-ship a new order while the investigation takes place. Refunds will not be issued until UPS completes the investigation.
        If you selected: UPS One day – One-day shipping is one business day (weekends don't count). If it has been one full business day please contact us. If it was marked as delivered and you do not have it, we will need to call UPS and start a claim, which can take up to 7 days, however, we may be able to re-ship a new order while the investigation takes place. Refunds will not be issued until UPS completes the investigation.
        NOTE: All claims for domestic lost packages MUST be brought to our attention within 30 days from when the order shipped.
      3. I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order. If you chose USPS, and the order has shipped then we will not be able to re-route the package. You can try contacting your local post office and they may be able to route the package to you when it arrives in their office. If the order has not been shipped, contact us via email at orders@thecoopshop.com and we will change it.
      4. How long does domestic shipping take? This depends on several factors. If all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship within two business days. From there, shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you selected. Please note that for some areas of Alaska, deliveries with One-Day or Two-Day shipping may require an additional day for delivery. UPS One-Day or Two-Day shipping is business days only (e.g. an order placed on Friday with One-Day shipping will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday).
      5. How can I find out my tracking information? If you have a The Coop Shop account you can just click on the "Login" button at the top of this page. Log in to your account, and you should see a link to track your order in the 'Shipped Orders' section of your 'My Account' page. If you checked out as a guest you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.
      6. If I place an order for an out of stock item, will I get the rest of my order shipped to me first? We will ship what’s in stock within two business days. The balance of the order will ship once it’s back in stock, and we’ll pay for the shipping.
      7. Where is my order? Is this true? You can check the status of your order by logging into your account (click on the "Login" link at the top of this page) and view the status of your order in your order history. If your order has shipped, you should be able to click on the tracking link to determine where it might be. If you checked out as a guest you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. If you do not have that email please contact customer service at orders@thecoopshop.com with your order ID number and we will be happy to re-send the link. Lost package claims must be brought to our attention within 30 days from when the order shipped.
      8. When do you ship? We ship when we’re here: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Pacific. While we get up to speed with our new shop, we will ship your order within seven-ten (7-10) business days of receiving it. Our exception to that are the holidays we observe each year: January 1, May 25, July 3, September 1, November 27-28, December 24-26, December 31 (after 2pm).
