    1. How much will shipping cost? This varies depending on where you are, how much you order, and how fast you want it delivered. To calculate your shipping cost, simply place the items you wish to buy in your basket and click the "Checkout" button. Enter your shipping address as prompted, then click "Continue." The following page will display the different shipping options, pricing and estimated arrival dates. At that time, you can choose to complete the order or back out of the checkout process and adjust your order. International customers may be subject to additional charges once the package arrives. The Coop Shop is not responsible for any customs, duty, or VAT charges you incur for importing our products.
    2. I think my package is lost. Standard - This method can take up to 30 days (depending on where you live), cannot be fully tracked and is not insured. If it has been over 30 days since the order shipped, you may want to try contacting your local post office to see if they are holding the package for taxes. If they are not able to locate the order please contact us. Express - This method usually arrives within 7 to 10 days however, it can get delayed by customs. If it has been 7 days, you may want to try contacting your local post office with your tracking number to see if they are holding the package for taxes. If they are not able to locate the order please contact us. NOTE: All claims for international lost packages MUST be brought to our attention within 60 days of the ship date.
    3. I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order. If the order has shipped then we will not be able to re-route the package. You can try contacting your local post office and they may be able to route the package to you when it arrives in their office. If the order has not been shipped you can contact us via email at orders@thecoopshop.com and we can change it.
    4. Do you ship outside the U.S.? Yes. We currently ship all orders from the United States to almost every country in the world.
    5. How long does international shipping take? Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at the point of checkout, but are generally as follows:
    • Standard: 2 to 3 weeks
    • Express: 5 to 7 business days
    • Orders can be delayed by customs. The Coop Shop is not responsible for orders that have been delayed by customs. Please notify The Coop Shop if it has been over 60 days and you have not received your merchandise.
    1. How can I find out my tracking information? If you have a The Coop Shop account you can just click on the "Login" button at the top of this page. Log in to your account, and you should see a link to track your order in the 'Shipped Orders' section of your 'My Account' page. If you checked out as a guest you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.
    2. If I place an order for an out of stock item, will I get the rest of my order shipped to me first? We will ship what’s in stock within 2 business days. The balance of the order will ship once it’s back in stock, and we’ll pay for the shipping.
    3. Where is my order? You can check the status of your order by logging into your account (click on the "Login" link at the top of this page) and view the status of your order in your order history. If your order has shipped, you should be able to click on the tracking link to determine where it might be. If you checked out as a guest you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. If you do not have that email please email us at orders@thecoopshop.com with your order ID number and we will be happy to re-send the link. Please let us know if you have not received your package after 30 days. Lost package claims must be brought to our attention within 60 days from when the order shipped.
    4. Why don't you ship to my country? If you do not see your country in the drop-down list on our address form, please email us at help@thecoopshop.com and we can get it added.
    5. When do you ship? We ship when we’re here: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Pacific. We will ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it. Our exception to that are the holidays we observe each year: January 1, May 25, July 3, September 1, November 27-28, December 24-26, December 31 (after 2pm).
    6. Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
      • Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. Unfortunately, The Coop Shop has no control over these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
      • The shipping charges you pay to The Coop Shop only cover shipping costs, and do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs.
      • The Coop Shop has no way of accurately calculating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. On rare occasions, your order may be delayed due to the customs process. If your order takes more than two weeks to arrive from the moment you receive your shipment notification, check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package.
    7. On the international customs form, can you mark my order as a gift? By law, we must mark all shipments as a Commercial Sample and declare the actual purchase price of the items. Doing otherwise is a violation of international regulations and can result in heavy fines for us. That in turn would lead to higher prices for you. And no one wins then.
