    4. I bought a product you sell from a retail store and they will not take it back. The product is defective. Can I exchange it through you?

    1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & 60-Day Return Policy. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that every item you purchase meets your high standards — or you can return it for a replacement or refund. All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 60 days of the date we ship out your order.
      We make an effort to make sure that all of our products meet high standards of quality, comfort, and expression. If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we'll do our best to resolve the situation. Also, we actually do listen to your feedback. We won't always agree, but we will always listen.
    2. I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind and want to return my item(s). All you will need to do is send the item(s) back to us at the address on your packing slip. Please include the packing slip with the return along with a note indicating what you would like instead, or that you would like a refund. All returned items must be in "as new" condition. "As new" means unwashed, unworn, and unmodified in any way. Please note that in this case, we cannot refund shipping. All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 60 days of the date we ship out your order. We do not accept returns of:
          Any item returned more than 60 days from the date on the packing slip
          Any toy or collectible that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)
          Any product(s) not in its original condition
          Any product(s) that is damaged, played with, or is missing parts
      Please do not mail us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
    3. "You sent me something I didn't order" -or- "You sent me a defective item." What do I do now? Please email us at orders@thecoopshop.com or call us 360-243-3125. Please have your invoice (packing slip) ready when you call. Claims must be made within 60 days from when an order is shipped.
    4. I bought a product you sell from a retail store and they will not take it back. The product is defective. Can I exchange it through you? Please email us at orders@thecoopshop.com or call customer service at 360-243-3125.
    5. How can I cancel an order that has not been processed yet? If your order is still in the "pending" status, you can view it in your order history and cancel it. If you wish to modify your order in any way, you can cancel the order and place a new one.
